HOW TO MEASURE FOR YOUR BELT SIZE:

For waist belts --

If you wear your belt at your waist, measure around your natural waistline, which is usually at your belly button and is the smallest part of your torso. This measurement in inches is your belt size for wearing at the waist.

For hip belts --

If you wear your belt on your hips, measure around where your low-rise pants would typically fall. This measurement in inches is your belt size for wearing on your hips. 

Please note: the size of the belt is based on the length from the belt buckle prong to the middle hole. Our belts have 5 holes, which allows them to be adjusted up or down.
